End User License Agreement (EULA)
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THIS APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Ancientplus Technology ("Company," "we," or "us") regarding your use of our mobile application ("App").
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control.
2. Restrictions
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
3. Subscription and Billing
The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may manage or cancel your subscriptions in your account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google based on their respective policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, belong to the Company. You are granted no ownership rights by this Agreement.
6. Updates and Changes
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
